He is former Additional Director General of <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="http://allindiaradio.gov.in/Default.aspx">All India Radio</a> and <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="http://www.ddindia.gov.in/Pages/Home.aspx">Doordarshan</a>. He worked as <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="http://thecommonwealth.org/">Commonwealth</a> Expert in 1990 and <a target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external text" href="https://www.itu.int/en/Pages/default.aspx">international Telecommunication Union</a> (ITU) Expert in 1991.
